Passed out B. E. Civil Engineer in Yr 1979 from a reputed institute BVM Engineering Collage, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. Started carrier with Design Department of Road & Building Division, Govt of Gujarat and then within an year decided to start own business. Initially, he constructed some of the Building & Institute projects in and around Ahmedbad & Gandhinagar as a contractor.
In the year 1998, Mr. Paresh Dudhia jointly with Mr. Yagnesh Upadhyay started company named M/s Creative Engineering Services and got involved in Construction Chemcias domain. Major activities were to carry out application and trading of construction chemicals with focus on Repair & Structural Strengthening to begin with. Other two companies followed ie Riddhi Coatings ( Yr. 2002) and Radhey Structorepair Pvt Ltd (Yr. 2008). He was extensively involved in various activities of the company eg. tendering, estimation, execution & site progress. As per him Siesmic retrofitting of State Bank of India and Shalin Hotel was most challenging work he executed in his 4 decade long carrier.
