He holds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Rourkela. After graduation in Yr 1989, he shifted to Saudi Arabia and worked for 4 yrs as sales & marketing engineer with in Pre-Cast Industry. After returning back with wealth of experience on pre-cast, he joined construction chemical Industry, which was upcoming segment in India. He worked in sales department for another 3 years and learned basics of technology.
In the year 1998, Mr. Yagnesh Upadhyay jointly with Mr. Paresh Dudhia started company named M/s Creative Engineering Services and got involved in Construction Chemicals domain. Major activities were to carry out application and trading of construction chemicals with focus on Repair & Structural Strengthening to begin with. Other two companies followed ie Riddhi Coatings ( Yr. 2002) and Radhe Structorepair Pvt Ltd (Yr. 2008). He is considered as an expert in industry and known as a synonym for Construction Chemicals by leading consultants, clients and contractors of Gujarat.
